"Got The Skills To Pay The Bills..."

So after a brutal fight between Manny Pacquiao and Miguel Cotto, Pacman emerged victorious after the referee stopping the fight in the last round. For me it was a very impressive victory although Pacman did take some big shots as well. Now on to the man that Pacman maybe be fighting if they reach negotiations.... Floyd "Money" Mayweather formally "Pretty Boy" a nick named he acquired for never being hit in his early days citing his brilliant defensive abilities. In the interview I'm about to link, Floyd talks about how what ever he does in boxing people find a way to demean it or belittle it and until this interview I wasn't sure what he meant but he explains like for example.

When he fought Oscar De La Hoya, De La Hoya was 4 pounds heavier than him but nobody ever made a sound about it but when Floyd fought Juan Manuel Marquez and was 4 pounds heavier people said he was the bigger man thats why he won he was heavier it wasn't a fair fight etc etc. I think a lot of things he says in this interview is true, I don't think he gets the respect he deserves. When he wins people will find ways or excuses to down play his wins. Like when he fought Carlos Baldomir and basically put on a "Boxing Clinic" and out boxed Baldomir for the majority of the fight but yet people claimed it was a boring fight. Why? Because he didn't trade blows? Because he fought smart and made sure the punches he threw landed? Isn't the ideal boxer some one that makes the majority of their punches land and avoid getting hit??

Yet Floyd Mayweather gets disrespected still and if people say its because of his confidence because Muhammad Ali was exactly the same probably worse and people still gave him respect so I wonder why Floyd Mayweather gets treated the way he does when he is what he says the best fighter at his weight in his era.

He has the skills to pay the bills (40wins 0losses says it all)

Peace Y'all x
