"Miss Me..."

Lil Wayne and Drake on the set of Miss Me....

"Who Killed It ?..... Drake."

What has happened to one of the most powerful genre's of music every to be spread to the world? In the 80s/90s hip hop was about the issues and making a statement, I definitely agree the world and times have changed so there may not be the need to be so radical with the music but in the last 3 years if you want me to name real REAL hip hop album I would list:

Lil Wayne - The Carter III

Eminem - Relapse

Fabolous - Loso's Way

Jay Z - Blueprint 3

50 Cent - Before I Self Destruct

Nas - Untitled

T.I. - Paper Trail

The Game - LAX

Rick Ross - Maybach Music

This year I was expecting big things from Drake especially after being a big fan of all his mixtapes and his previous work which gave him so much hype. I have to say with this latest album he has not delivered, its not a hip hop album its more of an RnB album with him rapping on it a bit. With a title like Thank Me Later he is putting himself in the firing like to deliver and to be honest he hasn't.

If you compare thank me later as a Hip Hop album to any of the above mentioned album he doesn't measure up what so ever.

Look like Drake has a lot of work to do to considered a hip hop great....

"5 Of The Best..."

These are the mix-tapes that I feel that have been the best this year. I think when artist produce quality mix-tapes that can be better than other artist's album it shows the gulf in class, talent, delivery, word play and general all round greatness.

5. Kid Cudi - That Kid From Cleveland

4. 50 Cent - War Angel

3. Bow Wow - Greenlight

2. Lil Wayne - No Ceilings

1. Drake - So Far Gone

"Hello, My Name Is Weezy F. Baby..."

Right so I think I've just about calmed down from watching The Greatest Rapper alive. Lil Wayne came hard he literally destroyed every track that was played he was a complete animal on every track and showed why he was the greatest rapper alive. He delivered an amazing performance of 3 peat, another thing I liked was that he had a live band instead of just the instrumental of the songs which made the experience a lot better.

Also with all most of Young Money there bar Lil Twist, Lil Chuckee, Nicky Minjah, Drake and Tyga! The rest were all there though and In full form. Which includes Jae Millz, Gudda Gudda, Mack Maine, Dj 45 and Birdman as well.

Simply put it was the best live performance I've ever been to and I'd been to quite a few really really good ones, but wow Lil Wayne put on a show that was simply ridiculous!! All I can say is Young Moulaaaaaaaaaaaa Babyyyyyyyyyyy.

Just brilliant!! I'm gonna be putting the video's on youtube some come check them out here.

"Young Moula Babyyyy"

Tomorrow is THE day, I'm off down to London with Tom to go see the man, the Illest Artist in the game, My favorite artist Mr Dwayne "Lil Wayne" Carter. Gonna be a long 6 hour ride on the coach down there but for me its worth it to see this concert. Not only will Weezy be there the whole of Young Money will be there which includes Drake, Jae Millz, Lil Chuckee, Birdman, Lil Twist, Tyga, Gudda Gudda and hopefully some surprises.

I actually can't wait for this as you know I'm a massive Lil Wayne fan and as for Drake well we all know about Drizzy. I have such a good feeling and vibe about the whole show.

I'll post pics and video's on the blog so every on knows what it was like.

Till then I'm signing off as the Hood's Barack.....

"I Don't Know What To Tell Ya.."

Sometimes you sit in a busy filled place surrounded by lots and lots of people and some how you feel more distanced than you could ever feel. I've been told relationships or encounters with the opposite sex only get messy or difficult when sex is involved and I think to some degree that may be true. I think it depends on the situation, you as person and the person you are having sexual relations with. I have found that the worst thing you can do is assume that your opposite number is going to react or act a certain way after you've engaged sexual relations, when it comes to things like this the best course of action is to assume nothing.

Any way I think that no matter who you are, whether you are Will Smith, Megan Fox, J Love Hewitt, Brad Pitt, Lil Wayne, T.I. or Ada Okpe! Every superman has a kryptonite. What a mean by this is everybody has some one that is their weakness and can't help 'falling' for this person or catch themselves doing things that normally they would never do. Its funny how we can go from acting one way to acting so irrational just because of another person and the things they do to you or how they make you feel. Maybe we as people actually like this and long for this but try and hold out as long as possible before accepting this.

What I do know that sex is a powerful tool no matter what way you look at it some people think its something that should be shared by two people that love each other, some think that is something you can share with some one you are really attracted to and lust for. I will say this making love is different to "F**king or Sh*gging" some one and if you understand that difference then you will never have any problems. Its people that don't understand that, that seem to have issues.

Simply enough I don't know what to tell you, sex is sex you make you want to make of it. I personally think that all sex is completely different and can't be determined as the same thing with one person as it is with another. All that matter is what you think about yourself and your partner at the end of the day cause evidently they are and you are the only ones that have to care...

"Mr Carter.."

Now I can't believe in all the blogs I've written about music and about artist I've not mentioned some one that I think for me is possibly the hardest working, one of the most diverse and the Hottest Mc in the Hip Hop game. I'm talking about the one and only Dwayne Michael Carter A.K.A Lil Wayne....

Now people have different ideas and thoughts on Wayne, some people love him some people hate him. No matter if you love him or hate you can't ignore him, he is on every one's songs from Kanye West, Jay Z, Fall Out Boy to Madonna. He is with out a doubt the hardest working artist that I've seen in the hip hop game, and he is fueled by his ambition to be the greatest rapper alive.

Today i watched Lil Wayne behind the music is was very very interesting....
